At American Legacy / Hickory Brands Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products with our 60-Day Gear Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date. A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests.

What’s Covered
  • Refunds or exchanges for products returned in unused or acceptable condition.
  • Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Hickory Brands Inc. or our authorized retail partners.
What’s Not Covered
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Original shipping fees will not be credited back as part of any refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We do not provide return labels, nor do we reimburse shipping expenses for returned items.
How to Start a Return
To begin a refund or exchange request, please contact our customer support team at info@americanlegacybrand.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide instructions for returning your product.
